By using DivBuilder ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service

DivBuilder provides educational content and informational tools about dividend investing. The Service is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes investment advice. See our full Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; misrepresent your identity; or interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and materials on the Service are the property of DivBuilder or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses resulting from reliance on information provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
